I bought an MGW Pistol Grip **** (pictured above) and then went to an MGW Gripper ****. The Gripper, combined with the B&M shifter, makes for extremely comfortable shifting.

As for sites to host pictures, I like www.motortopia.com. You can host pictures of your cars in your "garage" there for free. A lot like Car Domain, but easier to use.
