After putting it back together, the fuel pumps didn't want to go on. I called Chuck, and he pointed me right to the problem without even being there. The fuel pump wasn't grounded. BTW, do I need to ground both pumps or just the dirver side one??

In CT it comes back rebuilt, but I know in some states it stays Salvaged.
