I've been out of the dating scene for so long, and I can't answer this with any actual facts - but by personal observation - I think most females today aren't all that impressed by Vettes. I think they are more impressed with how you treat them, how you present yourself and how you conduct yourself than they are with the car that you drive.

On a serious note, do what you want... if she appraciates a nice car, cool. If she gets the wrong impression, she's got security issues and she'll probably try and make you sell the car down the mine, if you end up with her. I'd take it.
