The hoops are really just epoxyed in and do nothing as far as safety goes. If you want a roll bar(4,5, 0r 6 point) check out the websites of Wolfe, ECS, or Neverlift. They make kits for verts that either weld or bolt in.
To adequately protect the occupants, I may be wrong, but the roll-bar must be taller than the occupants head. Most of the roll-bars I've seen posted here look "really cool" but will only protect the leather upholstery.

Correcet the roll bar must be at least 2" above the driver ( accident victums head) and be able to support 3400+ pounds, not to mention the added force of the roll over.

I think I saw yours on the ESC site. I contacted them to design a remoable roll bar for me. BTW I believe that swing-outs have to be removed for HDPE events.
