LPE, 21st Century MC (972 417 7177) kit consisting of: H/C, Kooks headers, "X" pipe and exhaust will get you close to 480 engine (on the A4 - over 500 on MN6
Rear wheel will be approximately 420 (depends on your gearing).

The S/O has this on her '04. While I have the LPE 427, overall her car is much more realistic for daily driving.
Keep in mind that there is a threshold where the amount of HP gets out of hand
