I'm thinking about an extended warrantee for my 2000.
Can any of you members shed some light on how much it cost you for your repairs? Or is the GM guide that the Service Dept. uses (to estimate time for repairs) listed on the web anywhere?

I have a problem right now with a steering sensor. Sensor is $65 but the install is pretty indepth with removing the steering column. It'd be nice to just give it to a dealership and say "fix it"

On my first extended warranty, I had the seal between the tranny and the differential go bad. Cost $650 to repair - all it was is a silicone gasket - labor was the rest. My cost was $0 under the warranty.
Current extended warranty - had a fob go bad - Warranty Direct picked up the tab - $124 for the part, $64 labor. My cost - $0.
