I don't capitalize every word. For some reason, this system is doing that. Perhaps someone knows why the system does that or what causes it. As for posting 24 times in a month and a half, go find the posts and read them. Just a few questions in referance to the car. Why does the fact that i posted some questions seem odd?
Why do some members feel it necessary to take their stab.
People who are respected, well liked and popular are capable of making an error and this time it happened. I was treated poorly. Enough so that i felt compelled to stand up and say something.
I wonder if you would be bashing your mother, sister , daughter or wife if the same thing happened to them. Probably not.......no you wouldn't!
Is the fact that someone is a long time vendor who is well respected and liked enough reason to not believe a customer could possibly have been treated poorly by them?
Enough said..

Not any more... and thanks!

As for my comments about your grammar and punctuation, it was really just a secret psychological exam to see how thin skinned you are. You know, to see how quickly you are to anger.

Would you like to see the results of my analysis?

Just kidding. You're doing just fine. Now.

...just thought of something else...looks like the light is on the left one more and a small portion of the orange one(right one) is slightly lit up. Anything is possible

Just like a noob to put the light on just one seat foam

I spoke with Gene not too long ago and he was "to the point" with me also...but thats good...and I did not take it in the slightest way to be rudness...he is a busy man and he can't pussyfoot all day long with customers....so thats why he is to the point as to not waste time

i recieved seat foams exactly like this. two different colors. dont recall who said it but the seat foam with the holes is the passenger side and the holes are for a child restraint. i didnt know that. all the other foam pieces for both seats are the off white color. seems to me that the off white foam is a bit harder or more dense. dont know why the passenger seat is a completely different color than all the other pieces.

Wow.... all I did was try to help the original poster and this thread went south just like the OT

Sherry, its NOT the light or how the picture was taken, I noticed that the seat bottom foams were 2 different colors as well. The one with the holes is of darker orange shade. Sorry to hear the way you were treated but I have done business with Gene a bunch of times and the above seat foams were bought from him as well. He is usually to the point and sounds like he is in a hurry always but he is NOT a bad guy.

Oh yeah, just ignore the comments that are of no use to you. People need to grow up and move on.

Thanks for your reply.
I'm sure probably on any other day things would not have gone the way they did. I've never had anything like this happen.
I"ve done business more than once with this company and have spent my share of money. I'm actually still waiting on merchandise from this company.
jeremy, the sales rep. that I've delt with on more than one occasion has always been exceptionally polite and very willing to answer anything. I'm very happy with the way I've been treated from this company. I was more than surprised by the what happened especially after I said that I had been referred by the corvette forum and asked for Mr. Culley by name.
In any regard, I decided to remove most of my posts on this thread because of some of the comments towards me that were unjustified.
Regardless of the amount of time anyone has been on the forum and who they might be, longstanding vendor or a regular member, doesnt for a minute mean that it is inconcieveable or unthinkable that they could or would ever just once be less than perfect towards even one customer. Chances are likely that it can and did happen and unfortunately, I was the one and only customer. Probably not, but you get the point.

This forum got where it is because the members have come to rely on people helping them out with their questions and problems. It is sad that some feel obligated to find fault with tirvial things like caps, spelling and lighting for pics, among other things. Those few folks should stop and think for a minute - is this how you want the rest of us to respond when you ask for help?

I ran into this problem when I bought sport seat foam and leather from Al Knoch Interiors for my 03Z. They didn't realize the seats had changed in 2003 and the foam did not have the holes for the restraint hooks that are riveted to the seat frame and the bottom seat cover did not have the slits that allow the child seat to pass through the leather to the hooks. After I sent my original Z seat bottom and foam to them they modified their foam and seat leather to match.

I have made a note and will try to avoid their threads. Some of us have C5s for over 6 years and have a lot more experience than people who bought their cars last year and think they know it all.
