I have a '98, and yesterterday it start with the same problem. Do some one resolve it? Check if your check engine light is comming on, when you move the ignition switch to the on position. Mine is not. Battery, alternator, stater, fuses, relays are ok
Just for the heck of it, try a new battery...just a long shot....
also...see if a ground is loose...
Friend had the same problem on his 01. Battery connection to the starter was corroded and loose. Cleaned it and reconnected it and checked grounds all around and it fired right up.
I had the same problem on my Chevy van except the starter went bad. Smaked it with a wrench and it started. Replaced it and drove it another 100K.
