there are 3 udders under the wiper motor, this is one of the reasons wiper motors fail

here's a pic from Billdog350's coupe, H/C, Textralia OZ700, GM Z06 clutch master/slave install, that's the new Z06 master

Windshield wipers ! These cars have windshield wipers ? What do you use those for?

Just kidding, I just cleaned out mine. I never knew that. All of mine had leaves, one was wet and slimely.

Thanks for the tip! I just found mine, and they'd probably never cleaned before. I couldn't believe the amount of cr@p I pulled out of there.

On my A4: they are about 1.5 inches in diameter, something like 3 inches long. They point straight down. They drain water out of the area that houses the wiper motor/mechanism. Open the hood. They are below and outboard, and slightly aft, of the power brake boost unit (the big black round thing betweeen the brake fluid resoirvior and the firewall.)

I found leaves, twigs, a candy wrapper (??) and I think Jimmy Hoffa's business card, among other things in there.

I just checked mine and there are only 2 udders. Could that be on a 2002?

I just checked mine also. All 3 of mine were perfectly clean There are 3 utters just the third one is a little harder to find. You have to stick you hand further towards the driver seat and drivers door to get to the third one. Trust me its there. You guys must have some dirty vettes for those utters to get that dirty

Wow, another cheap thrill from my car. Now, what kind of
bag balm should be applied after cleaning?
