If all the states actually required all prospective drivers to prove that they can actually drive and control an automobile under all weather conditions before they hand them a driver's license, we would probably have at least 50 percent fewer accidents every year. Teenagers should be required to drive under a learner's permit for two years before receiving a full-fledged driver's license. Needless auto accidents is the largest killer of teens due to inexperience, showing off and paying more attention to their passengers than where they're going. And, this doesn't take into account all the innocent victims they take out as a result of their accidents! IT IS TOO EASY TO GET A DRIVER'S LICENSE IN THIS COUNTRY!

OK, that's my rant for this week.

I agree 100%. It really ticks me off when I'm driving and see kids swerving in and out of traffic. It's hard to say who should get the butt beating. Another thing that ticks me off is to look in your rear view mirror and see someone not paying attention and nearly rear-end you. When you see that car hunker down and the rear lift up all you can do is grit your teeth and wait. Of course I do tend to give them the one finger salute or something similar. Something else that really ticks me off is when people drive beyond their vehicles capabilities, ie cars driving too close to another one esp on rainy or wet conditions, or driving as though they were in a sports car when they aren't. Ok, enough of my rant. I have to drive home from work.
