Where can i find a good steering wheel decal or sticker? I have an old one on there, but the edges don't quite fit flush with the impression on the steering face and it looks like it will peel of any minute.
West Coast Corvettte, Ecklers, Mid America all have them I believe. Some even come in colors to match the color of your car. I have a Spiral Gray one that matches my color and fits perfectly in the center of the C5 emblem on the steering wheel.

those are terrible and are a pain to line up spend the money and get a one piece with out the flag poles...mine was $35 which is a rip but its the nicest one ive seen
Another vote for Cyberdine Graphics, you really need to see these up close in person; pictures do them no justice. These look like they came from the factory (I've had numerous non-Vette people tell me that!!):
I have the ones from cyberdine graphics, I replaced the thin ones now I'm wondering what would happen if the airbags went off, where would the hard decal go ?? any thoughts anyone ?

You'd probably have the C5 logo imprinted backwards on your forehead. Not totally a "bad thing". You'll be a big hit at your next Corvette club function.
Seriously - it's not that hard and I have one and I'm not too worried about it.

The airbag cover is designed to separate without hitting you. The tear lines are perforated with different strengths so that it doesn't make contact.
You'll need to get that forehead tatoo done smowhere else

Absolutely go with the Cyberdine Graphics raised logos--recommend them head and shoulders over any other. I tried several, and like you, was disappointed to the point where I was just going to give up, 'cause they looked terrible.
Like other posters said, the Cyberdine stickers are fantastic--they look great, and if you didn't know better, you'd assume they were OEM. I bought the door sill stickers too--I was hesitant because I didn't think they'd hold up, given where they go, but have had no issues at all.
I was unable to get them straight from Cyberdine--their Website doesn't seem to work. I got mine from Southerncarparts--forum vendor, great service, great deal.
I had the old decal type, but it was starting to peel up on the corners from the sun (convertible). The Cyberdyne ones look much nicer and more OEM.

I simply do not have the patience. I sent this back as soon as I got it. I'm going to order the entire package that I referenced above.
