I had the (incorrect) theory that no one was stealing them, but they were coming loose while driving.
Then one day, I happen to come upon two guys (one was doing the actual stealing) unscrewing my caps. I got my hands on both of them, and I'm figuring that was probably the last time either of them stole caps.
Excessive force? Yes..... karma might get me one day

Have had the C5 logo caps for almost two years now.

I have lost 2 while driving auto-X , so now i take them off.
My C5 logo one's were self- loosening and falling off while driving....
maybe your's weren't stolen, just came loose themselves.
