Default interior changes, give me your thoughts

My car is nassau blue, so i am going to get the checkered interior with nassau blue trim, like the pictue except nassau blue where this picture shows orange. I already have the checkered/nassau blue gear and brake boots, door handles, grab handle and console lid, so with the seats it should be awesome and very different. I just wanted something different, give me your opinions please.

Hey, everyone has an opinion, I like them, if you don't just say so, i'm a big boy. I'll take the good with the bad.

Since you asked, I think it's too much. One or two accent pieces with the checkered flag motif is cool, but don't go overboard.

Thanks, anyone else want to chime in? I just want something different than everyone else. You go to show, look at other c5's and see some great looking interiors, but they are basically the same.

I like the composition of what they are doing with the checkerboard theme. And the quality looks real good. But it is pretty LOUD. I think it might distract from the rest of the car. But that's just me.

I like wild stuff myself and would like to see it if you get it done. Nassau will look a lot cooler. My wife on the other hand likes our Black on Black Z06.

Go ahead and do it but get the Orange trim. It's gonna look nasty anyway so why not take it over the top.

Yoy asked for an opinion and here you go. I have seen your photo pic vette two times and it is stellar, that being said it also has (just guessing)$10k in extra custom paint. That doesn't mention the fact t
hat it is MidAmerica's travelling showpiece, which I thought was .You do what you like it is your money ,but some will say this over the top for anything but a show car.

LOLOL...I don't think its going to look all that good, and you probably won't either once its all done. But, with the amount of money you are going to have tied up in that project, I sure hope I'm wrong...good luck with it!

I think it will look nice if the orange is replaced with the blue to match the outside. Definately interesting. Follow your heart not other's negative opinions

That my friend is a beautiful color...soothing to the eyes...
Wish I had chosen that color(or a similar one) instead of Torch Red

I dont think it will look too good but if you just do a couple certain things it will look great. I understand that you want something different but this is a little bit too much. It could potentially come out awesome but unfortunately it will most likely look bad.

Like others have mentinoed- moderation is the key. I should know-I have the Center console cushion-but that's where I stopped. The rest are VE stuff with solid black/pewter combo.

I'd like to see a picture of the seats themselves in the color that you are talking about instead of the orange. I think then I could make a more honest opinion, that orange is way to much for me to even imagine it in the color that you have planned, show us some pictures of what the seats are going to look like.
