Performance wise... no matter how much power you have (320 to 1000+ rwhp) everybody needs a Hurst shifter! Stock shifters are garbage and being fast doesn't do you any good if you miss a gear. As for looks... hate to say it, but my "free mod" red grand sport stripes get more attention than anything else on my car. Not that I would recommend them on all cars, but I think mine pulls them off well.

One man's garbage is another man's treasure. You couldn't GIVE me another Hurst shifter. Been there, done that. Stock shifter, cut down 2", shorter throws than the Hurst without the vibration, noise or sore muscles when stuck in stop and go traffic. That plus the detent modification = smooth as silk shifts. "Miss a gear", uhhh.....NO!
