You will find it friendly and very helpful in here.
PLease read the stickies at the top of the C5 General and C5 Technical sections. The once called weights, ratios. measrues etc is full of info about common issues and fixes.
The one on Column lock is an absolute must read.
There are a few common issues that have good advice and DIY fixes.
Column lock
Dim AC display
failure to lock/unlock using the fob
leaking driver side rear diff seal
pegged oil pressure sensor
one side of the heating system being hot while the other is cold

Congrats on the C5. I also recently bought my first Vette...an 02 Convertible. Thrill to drive although winter is upon us here in the Northeast so the top is up and it only goes out on dry sunny days.
