Wish I had seen this prior to ordering two without the fourth opening from Fleabay. Oh well, I may order two of these anyway since they are the correct ones for my fobs.

Funny how the 'net and surfing works sometimes. I spend a lot of time here and had never seen this thread.

Anyway, I just ordered two for the Corvette and two for my wife's S-10 which shares the same fob housing.

Yeah, really. The 2003 C5 and the 2003 S-10 share some parts. Well....at least one.

Got home last night and mine were waiting for me. Quick response. Web site and ordering user friendly. Black for my black 03 coupe and yellow for my wife's yellow SSR (same fob). "That is so cool" from her. Easy to get on. Had to work the little ring a bit but it's doable.

I got two for my 2000 fobs. they fit fine. Wet the outside slightly to facilitatee rolling down, roll them down about a half inch to 3/4 inch, wet the inside, slide the fob in place, wet the areas that are sliding again, and roll it back up. Before it drys you can move it around real easy. It will dry.

No, sorry had a price increase about a week ago. I am going to be adding a option to buy two at a decreased price.

There was so many single orders that it is just not worth the time for me to package and ship 50 or so a day.

Thanks,

Jim

I didn't read through the entire thread but any word on 97-2000 versions? I need one mostly because my fob is so badly scratched it looks terrible. I wonder if it would be possible to cut a hole in it for the passive switch? I use it frequently. I don't know how hard it would be to make the hole not look terrible though. Looks like a great product.

I have sold many of them to people with 97-2000 models without issue. Give it a try, if you do not like it send it back for a refund.
