I have a coupe and have used it as a DD till I bought a beater for the Winter.I like having the top off on nice days and the cargo area the coupe offers. The coupe seems to have less road noise than the vert, but they sure look great with the top down and I really like the the trunk. They both have their own strong points so you'll have to decide which one best suites your needs.

I used my vert as a daily driver for 3 years. Even the vegas traffic and 120 degrees didn't spoil the experience. And with seat heaters and AC it realy can be an all year round experience.

I didn't regret paying out the extra $$ for the vert.

As stated, a lot depends on your climate and how much storage you need . Both my C5s are verts and when I need the trunk room I use my Camry. If I lived up north I'd probably go for the coup. I don't know how strong the top is with a foot of snow on it. On the other hand, living in Atlanta, I drove my red vert this morning and my yellow vert this evening with the top down. NICE!!!!
