They're Z06 mesh screens; GM stock parts. Most of the Forum vendors carry them at just over $100 a pair or you can get them on the nameless auction site. They fit into the housing with screws or velcro.

Welcome and congrats on the C5 purchase. Like others have been saying, they were not originally on the car from the factory - the previous owner added them. IMO, the screens look good on non-Z06 cars.
