I said comments are welcome......I am not taking it as if you were an ***. I said that I am not that good at photography, so your suggestion is actually helping me learn. I will take my newly acquired knowledge and try some wider shots next time I go out.

But depending on how much you crop by doing that you reduce the resolution.

Better to take 2 photos IMHO.

thats true if your using a point and shoot, a decent SLR would look much better focusing on the partial portion.
