other than the jacking pucks,what are the other safe jacking points on a 99coupe

Both the front and rear cross members are good locations for a floor jack. You will need a couple of 2x8 sections to put under front wheels to get enough clearance to run a low profile race jack under the front air dam. Use a block of wood between floor jack and cross member.

I use the front and rear crossmembers. Just don't place the jack directly on the crossmember without a strong piece of wood between them.
