Default Headlight and seat question/Problem

Hi.
I just talked to a guy that is selling what looks to be a clean 98 and had dropped the price to $16.5 on the car with 84K on it.
The only problems he said the car has is you have to help the one headlight up a little and the drivers seat will move in every direction but forward. Are these things that are normal and are they a pain to have fixed.
Thanks

He told me that it just started (but everyone says that) and that when you go to pop the lights up you have to go out and help it alittle. I assumed this is not a big deal. As for the seat not moving forward thats going to be a problem only because I'm 5'7" and he's much taller than I'm so. But you're saying this isn't going to be a hard fix as well?

As far as the price goes he had it for $18K on auto trader but when I got to speak to him today he said he's getting a newer 6spd (the one for sale is an Auto) so he dropped the car to $16.5 to pick up his newer car before he leaves the country in 2 months (army)
I agree $15.5k would make this worth the drive to pick it up

Just wanted to know if the headlight issue and seat problem were going to be a pain to have fixed

Thanks

The car is about 800 miles from Phila. I assume if I decided to buy the car I could run it to a dealer and have the seat and headlight fixed before I put it on the road to bring it back here.
