Default Corvette in Mexico

When I was on vacation down in Ixtapa,Mexico for xmas we were walking down the streets in zihuatanejo by the markets and low and behold look what we saw.Pretty rough roads to be driving one on.Lowered vettes need not try to drive on these street the speed bumps were huge .Doug

But would hate to think of all the alignments that car will need with the rough roads.

Thats the problem here in Mexico speed bumps are huge everywhere

I've heard bad things about taking a vehicle to Mexico, so I'm glad you didn't have anything go south (pardon the pun.) Nice pic, though

You will get a lot of looks when taking your car to Mexico.
Its kinda funny. I went to Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point) with no problems......except the traction sucks due to some sand on the roads.

Long story short, Business trip to Mexico, New rental car in guarded hotel lot walled and enclosed one way in and out, parked Friday evening in lot, woke Sat morning to catch departing flight, found car with no tires sitting on ground! nuff said

Have you ever been to Mexico City...................You would not believe what kind of cars you see down there....................

I lived in Mexico City for over 15 Years.........

In The Polanco, Pedregal or Lomas area......You see 20 year old kids driving M3, Ferrari's, Hummers, Corvette, Alfa Romeo, Benz, Etc....

But I agree, the Roads SUCK!
