If you're crazy enough to pay for a tune after adding a weak exhaust, maybe you could send some of your money my way. I promise I'll put it to better use.
I know I shouldn't, but I didn't know that a Mod needed to have a HP gain to be considered a MOD. Maybe they need a performance gain. This would bring in things like slotted rotors, painted calipers, Etc. Or maybe they are simply modifications from stock; period.
Bottom line, It's your car and your money and you can do whatever you want with both. What ever floats your boat!
Thanks to all for the kind words. My vette is a DD and I don't want to get too crazy pumping up the horsepower. The install and tune will happen in ~a week and I'll post the results. As far as doing other major mods, the only other one that I want to do is to change out the 2:73 gears for a 3:42. That will be a least a year away. Correct me if I am wrong but, I don't believe that will require another tune. Will it?
