I had a set of their leather seat covers on my old VR4. The quality was decent, but required a fair bit of modification by my installer to make it fit properly.

But, for your Vette, I'd do Vette Essentials or if they are a little too pricey for you, then I'd check Mid America.

Wilcox too---they are also forum venders and I could not have been happier with price, quality and service. I bought my husband seats for his 84 for his birthday and for valentines day I bought the center consol lid---both items arrived in an EXTREMELY timely basis (well before I expected them) and in EXCELLENT condition and great prices too. Of course the C5's are different---the C4's came already covered and we replaced the entire seat--I think with the C5's we just get the foam and covers and DIOS..

Leatherseats.com Info

The back, bottom cushion sides and front are vinyl. Everywhere you make contact with the seat is leather.

The release tab on the back of the seat is not Pre cut for you. VE Pre cuts it.

VE has a Pocket sewn in to the back panel.

The center cushion uses Zip Ties to hold it in place. VE uses the factory plastic clasps to hold it in place.
In my opinion it does the same thing and you will never see it.

The door pulls were not complete. I had to trim the excess material and glue (3m 77 adhesive spray) the sides over before installation.
While not earth shattering, it was not a plug n’ play as some folks might expect.

In MY situation, I sent them my Cores and they had a 2 day turn around. They swapped out the center console, and e brake skins for free. Plus the plastic collar on the shift boot was broken and they repaired for free.

The only negative I can say is that any email correspondence was not replied to until late in the evening. Common for a small business.

I took this picture BEFORE I worked out the wrinkles with a hair dryer.

Cheers
Chad
Looking good Chad!

Here's my old thread concerning these seats: http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show...6&forum_id=103

I'm no Chad , so I had mine installed. I'm extremely happy with them, no fitment issues, no wear to speak of, and they still look new. Plus I got to spend the money I saved on actual performance mods! Which is nice....

And you're probably one of the people that complain about the 'Corvette Tax' right? People on this forum need to shop around and force companies to compete with eachother and you will see prices drop. I for one, have never paid a 'Corvette tax' on anything I've bought.

Wrong. You make a ridiculous assumption here that apparently made you feel better about yourself. Search my posts and you will not find one where I have complained about a "Corvette Tax", nor have I complained to anyone in person about one. I shop my purchases like anyone else, having purchased my new Borla Stingers on eBay, etc. I just don't bring it here because our forum vendors pay fees that allow us to use this forum free of charge. I would never mention a non-forum vendor by name here.
