The install and tune was 15-1800 (i also had the car dyno'd before and i think my car needed a few extra parts since the kit was purchased used)

I am not sure, but i think the Novi kit comes with a racetronixs fuel kit - basically just a pump and a hotwire kit. If you are planning on installing the s/c, the fuel pump is cake.

The problem is that you will always want more, so i am currently in a position where it would be beneficial to upgrade my headunit to a D vs the P i have (belt slip, larger pulley to maintain existing boost) whereas the Novi is good for a lot more power then the P.

I know if i had to do it over again, i would just purchase their kit. They put alot of thought into the development of their kit - and all the upgrades along the way to make my kit comparable, makes it about the same.

If you are seriously thinking about putting your own kit togethor, try searching for belt alignment problems, belt slip, belt wrap, FMIC, and of course fuel system's...

I wish i did more research before i jumped into it - i was just so excited about having a FI vette, that i just assumed a company like procharger would make a kit that works for a daily driver. (bad assumption)

The tune and Fuel pressure is everything... My car is a 6 speed, but i have about 530 at the wheels and my car is a daily driver. Have just over 3 years and 40k miles on my setup.

2002 LS6 motor (stock w/ stock manifolds) and a A&A Pro-charger and a mail order tune he gained just about 175 rwhp, putting him around 500 rwhp. Traction became a huge issue, and this was on 6psi of boost. Sounds like fun to me!
