That seems like a screamin' deal if everything is above board and the car has a clean title. Just make sure you check it out well. As to the question of which car to go with: if both cars are in the same condition, definitely go with the '99. Good luck!

99 all the way and the miles if maintained are nothing and if not it its running and burns the tires buy it

I went from 91 (67,000 miles) to my98 (now with 87,000) with NO REGRETS !!!!! The 98 is TWICE THE FUN of the 91!!!

If the '99 has been well maintained, it should have many more miles in it. Have it checked over by a good mechanic. I'd go for the '99 over the '91 for sure. I have a Word file that might help you in what to look for on the car when inspecting it. PM me your e-mail address and I'd be glad to send it to you.
