What ever you do don't give this auction any of your personal info. It scares me just LOOKING at it!
You do know this is a scam don't you?

You read the item I hope - good ONLY for the '97-'00 (can't tell the year of your Vette since you failed to fill out the profile).
Before you 'jump' into this - take a look at Forum vendors items - or the C5 For Sale/Wanted section.
Regardless of the price - you may be better off purchasing from a "known" vendor

I'm in that range! Yeah, I've been keeping my eye's open for something. Seriously, how can you go wrong for $45. This basic intake has to be MUCH better then the stock box. No more sipping through a straw...right!!!

I guess if the filters are made well and look solid you should be ok.
Would hate to think is something out of China that when you WOT
the car the filter material sucks right into the MAF and screws your
day up. I figure with anything, you get what you pay for.
I went with the Callaway Honker, not the cheapest for sure but does
look fantastic and works great.

I have one that looks pretty much like that. It works great. There are aftermarket intakes with the exact same dimensions and design for around $200.00. It will do the same thing. That being said, there is a difference in quality in the filters sometimes, but you can always replace those, it's not rocket science.

Like someone else already said, any intake is better than a stock one. I almost bought the same one until I saw a halltech for sale by a member for 130.00 shipped. It came with the smooth bellows and I am happy with it.

It almost looks like the one I linked has a built in rubber gasket...
