i was leaving walgreens just about 2 hours ago and an illegal immigrant backs out and runs right into my drivers door and then gets out not speaking a word of english. to make a long story short, the cops arrive and she miraculously speaks english! WTF?!?! Her scuzzy husband and gangster looking kids show up and they proceed to tell me it is just a scratch!!! it will buff out! we are not paying for that!

i proceeded to tell them that this car was $52,000 new and if they owned a car that cost more than one paycheck, then they would know what it is like! they then tried to tell the cop that the damage was already there and they had no damage on their truck!!! the cop went over and saw my paint scrape on their bumper. Lying piece of crap!

another thing that pissed me off is that they gave bogus insurance info! i have to make a claim against my insurance (i have a $1000 deductible) and then i have to sue them to get it back.

this brings me to my next point. I am not racist at all but these illegal immigrants coming into our great country and doing garbage like this pisses me off beyond all belief. it is bad enough that my tax many gives them free healthcare and a place to live and food on their plate but they don't give a rat's *** about anyone else or their property!

i'll post pics later. i am so mad right now i can hardly type. they did not even take her to jail. WHY?! this country is getting so screwed up.

That sucks. But they can't take her to jail...they could only give her a ticket if she had no insurance because it all becomes a civil matter from there...not criminal. So yes, you would have to take her to court. That's why you NEED to get uninsured/underinsured!!

Man I would be super pissed too. Sorry that happened. It's scary how many people are running around without insurance.

On another note I will say this. I work in the healthcare field and I see hispanic families all the time. We call interpreters in to help us translate when we need them and then hours later I will catch someone that was in the room the whole time speaking english after I asked them did anyone speak it at the beginning. I'm not really sure what is up with that but it has gotten out of hand. It's like they want to play stupid and act like they have no idea what we are saying.

Now, did she actually have a fake insurance card? If so...that would actually be considered tampering with a government record, at least in TX. (which is a felony)
