Yes, but you'll need a decent set up. Rotary table on a mill, or a jig borer. Better yet a CNC machine. Gonna have to blind drill the holes shallow and press the dummy rivets in. I'd contact a decent tool shop.
Really like rivets that much? Good luck.
saw no to fake rivets. I would imagine you could do it but it would cost a lot of money. with all the options out there i would just buy a new set of wheels.
The setup and labor involved in drilling the many holes and inserting fake multi-piece wheel hardware into an existing single piece wheel would likely cost more than a real two or three piece wheel.
Considering it is not easy just to find someone who can mount TIRES on Corvette wheels without damaging them, I shudder to think what perils lie in trying to have so many holes machined into 4 wheels.....
I'm sure the stress analysts could give you more but changing the stress patterns on a wheel thats designed to do 178mph is not a great idea. Aircraft engineers use drilling to stop a stress crack developing but its only a temporary fix. if the hole is not perfect it'll set up stress cracks in a heartbeat. Magnify that problem about 20 times x 4 and you'll see its not a good plan.
