I installed my bb bullets 6 months ago and they aligned perfect for the 1st month. since then the left side hands down lower about 1inch. I can pull the exhaust up by hand and it goes back into alignment but after i drive the car a few times it drops back down.
I checked and tighted everything and nothing seems to work.
if they are going down something has to be loose , and my guess is it is loose where your b&b goes into cat back pipes the flange just in front of rear wheels .
Check your exhaust hangers, I had one break on me and I had the same problem. Easy fix for an exhaust shop, I think they charged me $5 to get it back on.

any tips or ideas?
Yes, I had the same problem with my B&B PRT's...it didn't matter how tight we got the clamps, they would still slip & change position after driving...we realigned them correctly, and spot-welded them & bingo! they stay perfectly aligned ...cause they can't shift now..

That would be the best bet. I don't think it would be the flanges in front of axle because thats not where the swing joint is at, it's the band clamp thats not "squishing" the two pieces together enough.

I wouldn't want to weld cat backs to my car. Especially those being so loud. Had B&B on my car and the drown was CRAZY. Theres a reason they are not hanging properly, I'd want to fix it.

really all you need is a few good tacs, would still be easy to remove.
I had to put a small weld on mine. Where the two pipes go together I could not get the clamps to tighten down good so I put a small weld up at the top where it could not be seen, worked great.
