I thought you were going to finish the story with all of your friends showing up that you went to meet. Then you ask him how much money he has, and if he wants to go one at a time or all at once.

At first I thought he was trying to hustle you and maybe he had a blower and bottle on the 6 banger, or maybe he made a GT look like a 6? But when he took backed out after you started the car that theory went out the window.

"You wanna run them?" he replies.
"Seriously, you would be a waste of gas." I tell him.
Now his kids are laughing at their dad.
He then says, "Look, I am all action and not into talking, do you want to through some (money) down on it? What is that again?"
"What does that thing have in it?" he asks.
I smile and turn the key. When they all hear the exhaust and power, the kids yell, "Nevermind mister."
I laughed and asked myself, did that just really happen.
Just thought I would share.
