I have never heard of the steering locking while driving. Just the annoying "pull key, wait 10 secs" Anyone else?

A guy at work had his lock up as he was pulling out of the parking lot. No injuries, since he was not going fast, and was able to stop. He had it towed to the dealer and traded it in for a newer one.
