I've hidden ignition switches and starter buttons on several of my vehicles in the past...when life was simpler.
I'm not an expert on the C5, but if a keyfob remote can start it, there must be a relay (or equivalent ) that can be tripped/latched from within.
You guys that have remote starts... what is the remote communicating to the car?

I've had it for a couple of years now - first as a "Type R" Honda S2000 backlit button (which I gave to
GB Vette ) and now as something quite different. I just realised that the interior of my car is still in my house, so the pics will just be of a bunch of wires right now

Which button on your FOB do you use to start it with?
and is something you did or had someone do it for you?

I would like that too.
A switch to turn on the accesories ( accu-sump ) then push button to start.
