I'm thinking about adding left and right arm rests onto my door panels. Do you think they add enough comfort to be worth getting? What experiences have you had with them? Do they stay stuck?

Thanks!
For comfort alone, no. I got them for the looks, extra padding helps a bit, but that is not why I got them. They seem to stay put just fine.
I got mine from VE. The only piece of VE leather I have at the minute but there's hope yet
Theyre great quality and finish the door panel nicely. There's not much padding so its still pretty hard on the elbow but much better than stock. They fit with double sided tape. If you clean the panel properly before you fit them they'll not be moving.
I have the VE one and yes it made a difference. I tried to talk Ken into doing one like the MA center rest but he said he couldn't so I have the MA center one over the top of my VE.

I have the Vette Essential arm rests on my car and to be honest, they are worth every dime they cost. They are much more comfortable than the hard plastic/vinyl that comes standard on the door. I have had mine on for at least three years now and trust me, they stay stuck on with the tape they use.
So it looks like Vette Essential is the way to go then.
I too have Mid America's center console cushion... the checkered flag one. It's so nice and comfortable I was hoping something as cushy soft was available for the other arm. Mine is an automatic so I get to rest my overworked aged arms while I fly/drive, not that I wouldn't have enjoyed a shifter.
