Default Ride Control Switch

My F55 ride control switch is sticking.... I must have spilled something in it. It works fine, it's just sometimes hard to turn and doesn't feel right. Anybody know where can I buy a new switch? Here's a pic.... red arrow pointing at what I need.

Thanks in advance!

Why not try taking it out and cleaning it?

Thought about that.... just figured it would be easier to pull it out and pop in a new one.

Are they not available?

Mine was sticking as well about a month ago. I went to the dealership and they wanted over 130 bucks and then gm parts dierect wanted like 90 or so. So I went to AutoZone and borrowed some electrial cleaner. It was a 7 dollar can and I basicly told the manager, its very expensive... can go see if it works on my car, if not then I will not waste my money. He let me try it and I followed the directions on the can.. Spray into the switch area, let dry completly before you activate the switch. It did work but I had no use for after that so I just brought the can back inside and said it didn't work, "I guess I will have to buy a new switch".

I don't remember the brand name, but it was a red and black can I think and it was about 7 bucks.

Good Luck

So GM parts direct has it? I thought I looked there and couldn't find it....I'll have to check again.
Thanks for the cleaner tip...maybe I'll try that first.

The switch is part of that whole assembly. The whole piece pops out and the TC/AB light/Rie switch are all housed in that panel.

The parts manual shows the different panels, but not just the switch by itself.

PM Gene at Karshop, he always has them.

Ah... thats cool. I wouldn't mind changing out the panel if I can get it in neutral/shale color to match my existing.

Thanks for the reply
