This humble individual is thankful for our military personnel and their family's. Many of whom have made the supreme sacrifice for our freedom and have died protecting us.

This morning our local radio station did a piece on a local man who died in Iraq. His Mother spoke with pride about how so many people approached her since her son's death saying how special he was and how he had touched their lives. His Father spoke about the pride he had in his son regarding his dedication to citizens he never knew and his pride in serving his country. The Father said just before his son was deployed to Iraq, his son pulled him aside and told him he was never coming back.
My Lord, how does a young man have so much courage? God bless the courageous young men who serve me, my family and my country. I am humbled by the very thought of you.
