and I've ordered a ton of stuff from WCC without problems. The one item (not license plate surround) that they didn't have showed up eventually, but more importantly my credit card was not charged until the final item shipped. Assume your card has not been charged as well.

WCC has lots of my money and they have always been very upfront and prompt with me. Sorry you are having problems, but it sounds like the outside vendor is the issue. Hope it all works out OK for you.

We order a lot from WCC and have never had any problems at all. But remember they get there painted items from KWEL INC. Do a search on KWEL INC and you will see they are very slow on shipping. Some people here on the forum have waited as long as 3-4 months to get items from them. Good luck

SMR, I called them today and they were going to get back to me with the status...it's been six hours later and no phone call. And they did charge my credit card over a month ago.

UPDATE: I just spoke with West Coast Corvettes and they said that it was Kewl whom they ordered the surround license frame from and that they have problems getting items shipped to them from Kewl. I will call Kewl and see if I can get the item directly from them.

I've never had a problem with them....

My only complaint is I wished they carried more products to choose from...

Mark,

Call your credit card company and have the charge removed citing that despite all the efforts you've made you have not received the products ordered....

They're definitely at the top of the list of forum venders

Heck, I bought both of our C5's from them. And they personally delivered my wifes '03 to Phoenix, in August

Never had a problem with them, but maybe I was lucky and ordered items they had in stock.

WCC should not have charged your credit card until they or Kewl actually shipped the item. When one of my items on a large order from WCC was back ordered they shipped everything else but waited to charge the credit card for the last item until it shipped.

Good luck

I love WCC. I never have any problems with them. I either order online or I will go there and they almost always have what I want in stock. My dad had his wheels put on his C6 there, and they did a great job. They are a great vendor. I only have one problem and that is whenever I go there I spend money.
