I have had several problems with WCC. One problem with Carbon fiber interior pieces. With 14 phone calls ,and no results yet. No service after the sale.

Several months ago I ordered the clear running light corners from WCC. When I received them, one of the lenses had a glob of glue or adhesive on the inside that I didn't like. I called them and explained my dilemma. The woman I spoke to was very nice and said she'd ship me new ones right away, which she did. I was surprised that it was so easy with no questions asked.

Part of the problem may be that WCC doesn't manufacture the carbon fiber pieces. It's been my experience that carbon fiber parts generally aren't made until an order is received. I hope you get things cleared up.

You are correct it has been taking too long to get you this product. This is a major problem we hav had with KEWL. And for this we hav stopped carrying all of their products.
When a drop ship item from a vendor takes 2 months to get it makes us look bad. They are horrible. Sorry for the problem.
If you need anything else contact me directly.
