It may be blasphemy in the C5 section, but I'd be more likely to go back into another C4 from my Z06 than I would be to move into a C6.

I have to admit, I'd rather buy a ZR-1 than a base C6. Can't get past the C6 look, and everytime I see one I like them less?? I even saw a silver C6 Z06 today while I was driving the SUV down the highway, and if it wasn't for respect of how the car performs, I would be hard pressed to buy one. Even the girls I was with didn't believe me when I told them that was the top of the line Corvette now!

I see a lot of them on the road and once I even think a C6 driver waved back at me 
but I still prefer the lines of the C5 over the C6, with 1 exception...C6 Z06!For me it would be the 1st choice C6 Z06 and 2nd choice C5!

Mines a keeper. I had to do a lot of mods to bring it back to England. It would be starting from scratch to do a C6 and I still just don't like the looks.

I think they are really cool, and we looked at a 2007 vert. However, I am very lucky to have my 2000, and can't really afford it (but we manage to keep it in the driveway 
).
I'll probably have to wait on the C7, and then drool over those.

i went to a charity event yesterday and there were 4 c6 z06's 2 blue 2 yellow and they are beasts for sure but they are not as sculptured or sexy as the C5, sorry but from an appearance stand point the c5 is nicer. Yes i know the C6 Z06 is a better car. the C6 is just ugly

Well after being faced with the same question, sell the 04 Z and buy a newer C6 or perhaps a C6Z. I choose to add an 1996 LT4 CE with red interior.
I really like my 04 Z and could not see losing money on selling it and spending that much more for the C6Z. In the past I had a 96 LT4, and while it cannot compare to the 04Z, I really love the style. Plus this car was Cherry, won alot of trophy's including the spinners choice at Chicago vettefest. Plus the wife likes it more the the C5 or C6.
So if you have the C6 bug, there are alot of C4's you could afford instead. And I personally love the C4's as well as the rest. Plus having 2 is better than one

I'm tempted by the C6 vert (I think it looks much better than the coupe) but I'm not tempted enough to sell my C5 and go back to making payments.
I really enjoy my C5, and part of the enjoyment is is that's paid for. Everything now is just gravy.

I have to say though the C6 from the front view does kind of look like a "bug" face Don't read to much into this I am not a C6 hater and I do like those cars I just prefer the C5 FRC's.
