Default A sad day

Well after driving since I got my learners without so much as a ticket, it happened.....I was driving on a 3 lane road, and a dumb driver decides to come accross all 3 lanes to make the left turn lane beside me, slamming on his brakes in front of me as he does it...I swerved to evade smashing into the rear of him and end up under a range rover...hitch about 4 inches frmo my front window. The car's going to be a write off and I can barely move around. The guy who cut me off.....gone, noone got his lisc. plate and no witnesses figured it worthwhile stopping to make sure all was ok.... looks like my insurance is going to go through the roof being only 21 years old....In the end my mom keeps telling me I have someone watching over me and it could have been a lot worse. Just thank god it wasnt the vette!

Be careful out there all, there are some serious maniacs out there on the road that have absolutely no regard for others on the road.

As nice as a C5 is, it is only a car, easily replaced. Thanks be that you are okay.

It's too bad. Years ago witnesses would stop to help a victim. It seems that that willingness to help another is another thing that we've lost.
