Rod,

Saw your car this evening on a "certain site" and then saw your post. Great looking ride, hope you enjoyed it a little bit

Well, it's over. The process convinced me what to do with the car. DRIVE IT!

You won't regret that. These are great drivers.

Mine has been in the rain many times now. I avoid deep puddles and dirt roads but other than that it's been a DD since I registered on this site. I have 3 times your milage and have been doing some mods. Everything is still very clean and easy to disassemble underneath.

Only repair I've had to make was to replace the reverse light switch as it sits a few inches above the exhaust pipe and is killed by the heat (I bought a spare for next time ).

Default Almost again

I didn't reach the reserve the first time but, after the auction, there was enough interest to justify a relist for almost no additional cost. I lowered the reserve just a bit and posted it for three days only, ending on Thursday 07/26/07 at 4pm pdt. The reserve was met in less than 24 hours but the reality hasn't quite sunken in yet.
