Ok all they are doing on this page is putting a cpu cas fan in a cutout in the seat cushion and covering it with some type of screen.
I could do that myself.
Maybe I should chop up my pass seat bottom foam and try this out. If I mess it up I can just replace the cutout portion or buy a new piece of foam. http://www.premierupholstery.com/ser...eatcomfort.php
You guys should consider getting a car alarm with remote start if possible. something like the 791xv from viper or something similar. I used to have that on one of my previous vehicles, and it was awesome. You don't need heated or cooled seats when you can start your car up 5 minutes before you get in it.
I would always leave the a/c controls on either very cold in the summer time or hot in the winter time when I turned off the vehicle. Then when I remote started it, it would be ready for me. the seats and entire cabin would be nice and cool in the summer, and nice and warm in the winter.
I'm going to do this very soon on my c5. It kills 2 birds with one stone, and I don't have to pay a fortune to have my seats modified. Just something to think about.
My Cadillac STS has the ventilated seat option, too. Of all the options on the car this is my favorite. Maybe it's time to look into some of the links offered here.
My wife will have a Cadillac CTS someday. I love the idea of cooled seats and will make sure I get them for her when I buy that Caddy.
I'm going to put out a call to action for our interior vendors to work on something!
