Blackwing filter oil

I ordered a blackwing cleaning kit from corvettegarage.com and they sent me one made by S & B. It isnt the one pictured when I ordered. I know you are supposed to use the blackwing oil only. Should I send this back ?

I wouldn't. The majority of the air filter cleaning kits are the same.

I use the k&n cleaning kit. Never had a problem.

Just talked to corvettegarage and they said SLP sent them these kits. They usually relable them supposedly.

I have a Blackwing in my C5 and K&N filters in my C4 and the wife's Hemi Jeep. I use the K&N cleaning kit on all 3.

I spoke to a guy at Davenport Motorsports here in Calgary and he says that the K & N cleaning kit is just as good and you can pick it up at any parts store so I think what you got will be just fine.
