I just bought my first vette about 3 weeks ago... I really love the car but I have one slight problem with the drivers side popup headlight. The headlight motor opens and closes the lights fine. If I turn my lights off, the drivers side light will close but then opens back up about an inch. Is there an easy adjustment for this? It's a 2001 convertible.
There is a special problem with the left headlight, the fix involves adjusting one of the headlight stops. I searched Technical Bulletins and threads and could not find it. Hopefully someone will reply with it.
take off the headlight bezel on the headlight in question and look at the hinge arm. get a friend to operate the headlights and watch the hinge arm to see where it stops up and down. You should see it hitting somthing. Remove the obstruction and your problem should be solved.

That was the problem with mine. I flipped the stop around and now it works just fine.
