The lights were working fine and one night I got in and turned them on, they flipped up but no lights came on. I flipped them up and down 10 times and they finally came on. The Following night it started doing the same thing only this time they will not come on at all. Since they both went out I don't think its a bulb problem. The brights work fine and this is the only way to see at night..I think it bothers other drivers. Any help would be great.

Check mini-fuse #10 at the underhood fuseblock. It is labeled HDLOBML. You can also check that terminal with the fuse out and the headlights on with a DVM. Check between the terminal and ground and you should see something between 10vdc and 14vdc.
Another thing to check is the harness that connects the headlamps to the system that sits on top of the inner fender on each side. Make sure your connections are clean and tight.

Open the hood. Remove the painted headlight covers. Pull the offending bulb socket, using a multimeter, put red lead in '+' connector and black lead in '-' or ground connector on socket. Turn on lights to see if you get power to the socket. If not, remove and touch the black lead to ground (metal on chasis), turn lights on again and see if you have power. If so, then you may have a ground problem to the head light circuit. Bill Curlee has excellent guidance on cleaning up grounds.

The high beams are in the center and they come on, I can only see one plug in the back, I pulled that theres three slots where it plugs in on that connector I dont think this is what I need to test for? I dont know where the offending socket bulb is..
