Took off rear emblem AND?
I finally bit the bullet on my 98 and took off the rear emblem. I like the nude look a lot....even though with the emblem being on there for 9 years, it took a lot of work (and polishing compound) to get the finish there back to perfect.
There are a few companies who sell emblems for between the seats on coupes.........so, I decided why not????? I think it looks good there -- even if I look a bit like a convertible/waterfall wannabe.......what do you guys think?

Your's looks good minus the rear emblem. I do like the emblem on the console.

I always thought the emblem was a little overkill...it's not like it doesn't say "Corvette" across the back end.

I like it, I know what kind of car I have. The C5 is a beautiful car and I don't think emblems or badges enhance the appearance. I am just that way I don't like wearing any advertising on my clothes either.

That's what I use to close the hatch so I wont get fingerprints on the paint.

I had removed mine at some point and liked the clean look. But recently added a set of Mikes stripes that are relieved to accept the emblem and had to replace it. So much for the clean, uncluttered look.
