Hey Micah,
I'm a chrome guy...my Vette had the z06 chromies, chrome letter inserts in the back and a big chrome license frame as well as the chrome exhaust plate and those corsa sport exhaust tips. All that on black, in my most humble opinion, is nothing less than superb looking.

PS, I don't like blackouts
I agree with the senator from Pennsylvania - my friend Glenn! I am a little biased but I like the polished look as opposed to the all black. Don't get me wrong, Micah - your car looks very sharp but I was never fond of the all blacked out look.
I run the SS-Inserts, plus a polished SS exhaust plate and the polished tips of the Corsas with iForged polished and clearcoated wheels....so obviously I'm partial to that.
i normally dont care for the black wheel look. but i like the look on your car being that its all blacked out. i dont know... i think if it was my car, i would leave all the same but go with the chromed 18's instead of the black wheels. the blackouts look good to me on the rear just the way they are. this isnt easy !!!! i cant decide now. it looks real good both ways
Micah,
I love the blacked out look!!!!!!!!
I also know it's hard to NOT work on the Vette. I'm always looking for something to change. I sure what ever you do you will do it right

I appreciate everyone's input. I went to the CHARLESTON NINE Cruise In today and there were hundreds of cars (pix coming soon in another thread) and I got a lot of folks that really liked the look as it is and really seemed to be very interested in my car. Alot of picture taking and finger pointing, so I am probably going to go further into the BLACK world and get some wheels that are completely BLACK.

Hey Micah!
Dude? Leave it the hell alone. You're car looks great just the way it is.
As I've told you many times before, keep the polished lip, do NOT get all black rims. You need that little something to differentiate the rim from the rubber.
I like the black look on the car the only thing I think would look better would be a wheel with a deep chrome lip the spokes could stay black. I think that would make the whole car pop more.
I remember I had the black ZO6 wheels on the silver car for a while and it looked great close up but from 30' out the car just did not get my attention.
I seen a car with I-Forged Daytona wheels one time with black centers and it realy looked great
Hey thanks for posting some pictures of the cruise in
