Default Is Window Valet worth it?

It is a nit on such a great car, but I hate climbing back in my c5 vert to put the windows up after I put the top up. Is the Window Valet worth the $150? Any issues with the battery in the car going dead due to the "Accessory without key" feature of this part? Any warranty issues?

Default Just do it!

I have a coupe and I like the convenience of the window handling getting in and out of the car. Unless you live where it rains every day go for it.

I just got mine yesterday and so far love it! Shouldn't affect the battery but all I'm going to use is the window and lock part. Look in the c5 parts section thats where I got mine for $113 shipped to my door by a forum member and it was in great shape

Yes, it's VERY worth it...one of those "must have" mods. I've got it for my vert, and we just ordered one for hubby's Z06. It works great and I've had no issues with it at all.

I love mine. I have a Vert and it makes it easy to get the windows down so you can pop the top! No regrets for this mod. Did not see any appreciable increase in horse power though??

I have a coupe and LOVE it. It is nice that when I am walking to my car on a hot day, I can click the FOB and the windows go down, allowing the car to air out the heat some before getting in. I like the other little things about it, but that is my favorite one.

you just plug it into the diagnostic port under the dash. 30 second installation procedure! there are some options you can configure. for example the window up and down doesn't work until you activate it and calibrate the windows. its very easy to do though and instructions are included.

Worth it???? Oh yeah! Especially when it's hot; just push the key fob 3 times and let the cooling begin.

And when you exit; you can keep the windows down (eliminates the slamming of the doors or hatch), push the fob 3 times as you're leaving and your windows are closing.

Makes life a little bit easier & pleasant

I still climb back in the car to lock the roof latches

Despite that I would still say its a great mod and worth the money. Its good on a hot day to drop the windows before you get to the car. You can disable the gadget on mode if you prefer.

Go for it
