the most common cause is condensation from the AC unit that can not drain due to a blocked udder...

Blocked udder most likely.
Clear it ASAP.
Lift car, look for tube from air conditioner evaporator, clear debry from tube, enjoy the car...
It'll drip directly onto/into the Body Control Module (body computer $1000 +-) if not fixed.
