Great Stu!

This came from Dave today!

"Thanks again Chris, I'll have more soon and I hope to have it as a stocking item soon if I can keep some on the shelf."

I replied: "For the time being we'll be keeping the shelves bare! We still have at least 80-90 forum members and maybe more that still want one!"

More on the way!

Okay...all issues resolved...

However...the following you must do for yourself...
1. bigbadfast has exceeded their stored private messages quota and can not accept further messages until they clear some space.
2. RobsC5 has exceeded their stored private messages quota and can not accept further messages until they clear some space.

for others ...watch your PM quota...

Hopefully my next post will contain info from Dave!

Thanks to Stu and Chris for all their organization and time to help out the vette brother hood...really appreciate it, that is what makes this hobby such a pleasurable pass time

Speaking of Help, is there anyone out there that would be willing to help a canadian out with the next round of spoilers. I got kicked out during the bidding process because of being from up north
Would anyone ( in the USA) be willing to pick me one up ??

Thanks

Corey

We've got two Canadians that need help!

Boost Master
Monte04ss

Anyone ever shipped anything to Canada before and willing to help out? The only thing I see is you would have shipping twice once to the person buying and then whatever it costs for shipping and customs.

Biggest problem we have up here is the brokerage ( customs ) fees $$$ that the courier companies charge us. Are these packages able to be sent by USPS ?, if so we just pay tax on the value and a $5.00 fee Canada post charges us. ( compared to $35 or more the courier companies jam us for, I refuse to have anything shipped to me, must be mailed).

Actally I can make this real easy....I have a shipping address in Kentucky

I can send anyone the funds Via paypal and have them buy it with their US account and have it shipped directly to Kentucky. I will be up there early spring to visit some friends, so I could bring it back with me.

Can anyone help me out Please

thx

There was one other stipulation on the tinylittlecars ebay shipping...
...that is that they ship to the PayPal account address only...

I know I was going to have my spoiler shipped to my business address...
...but they would not allow that for security reasons...

however...
...that would at least make shipping to a US address for you now possible...and cheaper...

Most likely you would have to trust someone with your funds (in advance) to make the deal and then ship to your KY address...

For consideration of you and the party that may be willing to help you...
They would also have to be willing to forego PayPal fees 2-3% and then return the funds if they were not successful in future auctions...
(I suggest that it is openly negotiated before the CF members and those subscribing to this thread)

If we can get the little 'details' out of the way, I'll help you get one on the next go around...Just don't want to get burned holding a $300. (more or less) spoiler, I wound up owning a Jeep alternator once that was useless to me because I tried to help them out, then they left me holding the alternator when they got another cheaper elsewhere....Send me a PM and we can work out the details,...I'd hate to see a fellow Corvetter needing a spoiler and not be able to get it just because of living in Canada. I'm sure we can get you one...I can't promise I'll be there when they hit, but I will definitely try..and if not I'll send you the $$ back...PM me, and we'll go from there. We'll post it openly as well so you'll have a safety net..

~Maverick
